How do I get to the old account page? There is functionality in the old page that is NOT in the new account page (https://myaccount.dynatrace.com/accounts).
Was there an announcement that old account page was going away? Sorry if I missed.
Old Account page - I could go to users and filter by group. When will that be in new page?
Yes, I know there is an account API but I am looking in UI.
I apologize that the new interface was not introduced to you and team sooner. Account Management was soft-launched back in July 2022. An in-product banner was added to the old interface (a.k.a. Myweb) advertising and linking to the new Account Management system in January 2023. The banner was updated (and the ignore token changed to ensure it would open for all) in February letting users know that we were replacing Myweb with Account Management in late April, and the cut-over was finally made on May 8.
It is imperative that we move off the legacy interface technology as soon as possible and we will work as quickly as we can to prioritize any feedback like this in the new system.
We do already have a ticket to add filter by group - it is not scheduled in this sprint but will be a priority for the next 2-week sprint.
I have been using the new UI for a while but have had to use the old UI still since new UI doesn't have everything.
I understand to move off legacy interface technology but my recommendation is talk to us (or at least a group of us) before making changes like this. Use the DynaMights to ask before making changes to see if will affect clients.

Changes like this shouldn't happen... I also didn't see any notification, and it just happened.
I hope other similar changes without notice don't happen.
