Hi team.
We stopped seeing traces of a Cloud Run and Cloud Function service. These technologies do not have a native OneAgent, so the integration was implemented with OpenTelemetry in Python code.
At the moment, in the information reviewed, we see that the date on which data was no longer observed coincides with the implementation of "Grail" on May 11th.
We want to know if this could affect the reception of information and how to resolve it, if so.
We also detected a change in our DDU limits, but they are not saturated during the indicated period (monthly).

I am not sure about this, but I suspect that the endpoint for traces may have changed. I recommend reviewing the endpoint specified in the Python script and ensuring it is still supported. Once you know the endpoint, you could also contact support to get that confirmation and also for assistance with troubleshooting.
