what is the first step to enable log monitoring in openshift and saas enviroment?

Hi @Eslam_Ismail ,

We would recommend to follow the below two steps to start using log monitoring within OpenShift and for a SaaS tenant. You would need to configuration log storage and configure Dynatrace where the logs are supposed to be read:

• Log Storage Configuration
• Log ingest & process

Just make sure that the logs data formats are supported and you are good to start monitoring the logs.
