Objective is that specific clients can see the current status of our application and they can submit incidents via a customer service portal. At least it will be nice to export application current availability status, average servers load or something visible and easily understandable. Maybe there is a same functionality in dynatrace itself or jira integration?

I agree that such an integration would be beneficial but at the moment we do not plan to offer a specific integration with statuspage.io. What is possible of course, is to use our public REST APIs to export the necessary information on availability or performance to your own statuspage.io.
