indicate:

• A single RabbitMQ cluster

Why is that so?

You have to have agent installed on RabbitMQ host to enable this plugin. In such case it can connect to only single instance per host. If you have 5 hosts with rabbit mq with agent available on all of them you can monitor all instances.
