I reinstalled Oneagent on a host that I'm monitoring with Dynatrace. Then,'n' was added to the Hostname on the tenant and displayed.
AP01 -> AP01n
I would like to know why'n' is added to Hostname.

I'd recommend checking the recent OS agent log file (/var/log/dynatrace/oneagent/os/ruxitagent_host_* ) if it really detected such name.
Any chance someone renamed the agent accidentally the UI? Or you have some host naming rules set up?
