my suggestion is to "isolate" action you need in order to built a Business Funnel using USql. In this way you can deep customer journey, find error, check "step" performance define KPI. No matter what the customer do during the full session but "focus on what really matter".
Use User Experience score in additional to have the "big picture" and graf the result for continuous monitoring
