Background image not found in the session replay

Hello Team

We have instrumented the frontend using agentless monitoring script tag, we able to capture the user session and user action. While viewing the session replay video we are not able to see background image and it showing "canvas X" in the video. 

Can anyone help me to address this issue?

We know that if the background image is more than 3 MB, dynatrace would not be able to capture that resource, so to overcome that what can be done? 

This is what i came to an conclusion. Do we have any extension which will help us to see the image in the session replay?
