Bounced Users

If a bounced customer returns to a website,  is there a way of knowing that the person returned.

Yes. In your RUM application settings, you'll have the option to select Persistent cookies (uses session by default). If a user returns on the same device and they have a previous, non-expired DT cookie for session tracking, they will be marked as Returning. You'll be able to see this under the user behavior section in your web application, as well as filtering for it in USQL.
