Dynatrace support for MS Internet Explorer 11 ends on May 14, 2024.
Microsoft support for Internet Explorer 11 ended on June 15, 2022.
Dynatrace will end its support for Internet Explorer 11 in May 2024. Dynatrace RUM JavaScript version 1.291 will be the last version that supports IE 11.
As a result, the RUM JavaScript tag will no longer initialize on Internet Explorer 11 and MS Edge in Internet Explorer mode and, therefore, will not send RUM data to the Dynatrace platform beginning with version 1.293.
We understand that some applications can only be accessed using Internet Explorer.
For such applications, you can use Dynatrace RUM JavaScript versions 1.291 and earlier, which remain compatible with Internet Explorer 11. To configure this, please see details in our documentation.
Dynatrace will continue providing security updates and necessary bug fixes during the normal support cycle (up to 12 months).
