Experience vitals missing data

Hi,

For a front end app, I've ensured that "New RUM on Grail experience" is enabled but when I look for the app in Experience vitals app,  I don't see any data tied with this app.

Any suggestions?

I think it's still in preview so you'll need to make sure that's enabled for your tenant. Also there's a setting on the frontend entity under Enablement and Cost Control to enable the new experience.

Both options are already enabled in the frontend app but still no luck with experience vitals...

If you're a customer check with your CSM to get the preview enabled.
