How can Dynatrace identify the same (logged-in) user across multiple different applications (monitored applications)?

Any feedback or advice would be helpful.

To elaborate on @MostafaHussein correct answer, in your your screen shot the user is tag as trishanku please check  user tagging

to be clear I think he's asking about identifying that this is the same user using multiple applications regardless of user tagging is exists or not.

Can Dynatrace identify the same user across multiple applications without tagging the user?
Most of the user sessions I see that access more than one application are already tagged with a user tag.
