Using browser extension, we are not able to identify the real CLient IP address for web request going thru an external SaAS proxy as ZSCALER.
Dynatrace SaAAS "user sessions" is not able to identify the real IP address on the client instead Dynatrace use the proxy gateway to locate the client.
Does somebody have any good advice ?

I'm not familiar ZSCALER but I guess the client IP address is sent in a different header or completely removed. Can you take a look at the headers for such a request and check if the client IP is on a different header.
You can add this header or change the processing order of the headers on this view: Global settings -> Web & mobile monitoring -> IP determination
