Yes, this can be considered via DTONE. In the tenant, open the chat window (near top right) and ask there. They'll be able to start that workflow.
Also, FYI, Dynatrace has two types of "key" things: user actions and requests. User actions are "frontend", requests are "backend" or "server side". The title of your post suggests the latter, the tags suggest the former.
The reason I mention that is so you're clear with DTONE - it'll slow things down if they are confused and have to re-do the workflows so best to use the correct terminology for the most efficient response 🙂
