Mobile Application On React Native (auto Instrumentation Problem)

Hello Community

We are facing a very big issue on Mobile application (On React Native).

Some of user sessions are not detected by Dynatrace.

When we captured traffic on Fiddler and the F5, the transactions from those users are not containing the beacon or the Dynatrace tags.

So, we are suspecting that the SDK is not well initialized.

If there any one faced this issue before?

There's not much info to understand what could be happening. I'd suggest to contact our support with log files, config file and other data that might be helpful.

Im working with the support in parallele.

Short Update:
After removing the app from the deveice and reinstall it, the traffic is now detected.

Can you please confirm which version of react native you are using? Is there any debug logs being captured in your debug app?
