Monitoring of ServiceNow application

does anyone have experience with monitoring of ServiceNow app ?
We have inhouse ServiceNow test instance -> DT is installed and is monitoring server side OK - BUT cannot inject ruxit.js to ServiceNow pages 😞
Also any trick for agentless will help us.

Im assuming you are using the ServiceNow Onprem Hosted offering and not the SaaS version. Also you leveraged the Dynatrace Oneagent in full stack on the Hosts with the IIS APP POOL? 
If Yes to those, you can always work with the ServiceNow team to see if they can add in the manual injection to the site.

Yes - it was about onprem instance of ServiceNow. There is some compression of pages in ServiceNow which prevents standard ruxit injection. Manual injection was also not possible 😞
DT support proposed to use nginx as reverse proxy - this was not accepted by our Snow specialists as "another complication" of infrastructure...
