No called services for the Cordova Framework Mobile Applications

What could be the issue if there are no called services for the Cordova-based framework Mobile Applications?

Hi,

most common issues are:
* backend is not instrumented with OneAgent
* a request framework is used that is not supported by dynatrace, thus not instrumented

But for this screenshot this seems to be from mobile app overview, but as it was mentioned that it is a cordova hybrid app you won't see much in the mobile app part as the native mobile app is only the wrapper - most/all request will happen in the linked web-app part and you should look there

The backend is instrumented, and the framework is supported as well. There are also no called services in the Web App.

Then I suggest to use our support to have a look at this issue, as this probably needs more time invest to debug.
