Problem identifying user with USERTAG

Hello everyone!

Within my environment I need to identify the users of a web platform.

Initially the platform had nothing that identified the users. We placed a cookie in the form of a span to be able to bring the users. However, regardless of the method I used, I cannot identify them. Whether by ccs, metatag, cookie, etc.

We identify them as span#user_code

Could you help me by giving me ideas so that I can identify my users?

have you created a Cookie or a span element?
Anyway, in case of issue like that, maybe is better to open a support ticket, linking your environment and with some screenshot of your "user tag" configuration on Dynatrace and on your website.
