Hello @Samtq
Thanks for your inputs, Regarding the highlighted points:
Simply regarding the user actions and user sessions evaluation in Dynatrace , while navigating to any of the monitored apps as a sample as that you will find the below:
- The user session score is evaluated after the session closure, not calculated for the live sessions.
- Navigate to apdex rating > analyze apdex > you will be able to get full insights into the action , errors, duration till visually complete, and apdex rate.
- You can also analyze the actions through the page / page groups / performance over time / distribution / geolocations / message, and browsers.
- On the same page you can review the available options for multidimensional analysis over 11 key performance metrics.
- The apdex rate for the application can be compared to previous time frame and here are the available options "week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, month, Year and custom time frame".
- So the apdex rate between applications can be compared as well and the main advantage is enhancing the poor apdex rate by app owners through fixing the shown errors and optimizing the code.
- You can also composite (7) available metrics across response times regarding load , XHR, and custom actions.
- On the application UI, there is a section related to the top 3 pages and pages group where you can see full details around it.
- Regarding the previous point you can configure the multidimensional analysis based on the required metric and preferred aggregation function (Min, 10th percentile, Median, Average, 75th percentile, 90th percentile, Max ).
- in addition to the insights comes from the resources section, you will be able to differentiate between the first, third, CDN resources and how it's consumed by the different actions.
- You can compare the number of loaded CDN, 3rd party and 1st party resources in the course of different timeframes "week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, month, Year and custom time frame"..
- Regarding the raised points actually we have managed to present it through Dashboards from RUM and management perspectives as well.
Below are related Dynatrace Docs:
Hoping it covers the raised points, keep it up.

Peter
