Hi Folks,
How can we identify why the ruxitagentjs is blocked? Could be a desktop security protection tool? I have only a screenshot from the client nothing else...
Thanks in advance.
János

@Mizső
I would have them extract the HAR file to send along to support, but also I recommend using the OneAgent health checker.
Which will help you collect the needed information for support:
This allows the support team to detect what host/process is serving up the injection and will help identify the blocking in conjunction with the supplied HAR file.

yeah I've seen "uBlock Origin" extension blocking the RUM agent JS by default (the default block lists include most monitoring agents). If it's for internal users, get the IT/desktop whichever team maintains the SOE/browser config to deploy an allow list for your internal URIs.
Nothing you can do for external/public users if they have extensions blocking things.

For systems you can control...
I've put together this allowlist config for uBlock Origin. This allows the agent script on any site.
!Dynatrace RUM agent
