Hi Chad,
This filter used only with the problems page
in the session segmentation page, I can't filter the sessions by [Impacted users by problem]

Hi Doaa,
You can use "Users impacted by problem"

I noticed that, in the problems page I can view the affected user sessions filtered by [users impacted by problem {problem_id}], while in the session segmentation page I can't filter the sessions by [users impacted by problem {problem_id}]

I believe adding a link to the dashboard that redirects to the Session Segmentation page—filtered by user sessions affected by the problem—might serve as a workaround for now

Thank you Beshier,
That's a great idea with configuring dynamic filters to the dashboard to parse {Problem_id} dynamically
