User sessions query counting

Hello team!

I have a questeion

Because we have a big traffic in our mobille app, Dynatrace count it like a 1/64 of full data. 
But my teams need to see correct counting in real time, and changing of time frime every time isn't our way.
How can i configured it?

Hi, It is SaaS or Managed version of Dynatrace?

I would recommend to set a Custom timeframe. If you need realtime the minimum value is -5m so, you can set to that to avoid that longer time frames crops the number.
