Visually complete empty in the User action analysis

By clicking Applications -> My Application -> Full Details under Top 3 User Actions, I see a list of User actions but not all of them have a duration time set.

Following a screenshot of the problem:

How is it possible to show all durations for all user actions?

those are click actions, and the click that the user made, does that give them a new screen or a new page? if not, maybe the click action is not changing the screen, hence the visual didnt chabge and therefore it is complete. To read more about visually complete, take a look at the following link:
