Waterfall analysis: delayed user action duration event

Hi, could someone explain why there's a huge gap between "visually complete" and "user action duration" events, where no resources or xhr call are being loaded, please? We don't understand what's going on and this delay is causing a big impact in our action duration time on this application.

This looks strange. Can you create a support ticket? We need to investigate. With the next update (SaaS in about 2,3 weeks and Managed in 4,5 weeks) we will also release a new featured called Key Performance Metrics. You can than switch from user action duration to visually complete as main metric and for our anomaly detection.
