XHR user actions

Hi All 

Could someone help me with some queries related to XHR user actions. For below screenshot , I am unable to capture server/network time - 

Is it something that we cant capture for XHR actions or I need to configure something more to capture these metrices?

I feel like there is a lot of context that's missing. 
Something like this would ask for the framework you're using, a .har file, maybe even a link to your tenant. 

All of which isn't suitable for a community question/answer. 
I think it's best for you to reach out to the internal product chat for assistance to get a deeper look at this or create a support ticket.
