at several customers we noticed, that calculated dem units value in licensing part of cluster management gui doesn't correspond to number of RUM user sessions in environment's gui or extracted via usql query. dem units should be 1/4 of rum sessions because there are no synthetic monitors in place. we have information that some user sessions are not counted to dem units (bounced sessions with 1 user action).
can you share your experience in this area ?
f.e. in one environment we can see more than 400k user sessions (and respective 100k dem units) in licensing info of environment and 172k user sessions (168k with 2or more actions) in environment gui when counting all user sessions over same time frame.
