Hello all.
For me is not clear the difference between key user actions and conversion goal.
I really appreciate if someone could provide some clarifications.
Many Thanks and Happy Christmas!

Hi Damián,
Conversion Goals are used to measure how many users have completed an objective you've set on your web application. It measures user behavior, rather than application performance.
Key User Actions provide longer retention period of monitored metrics in User Actions, their own individual Apdex threshold (as compared to the Global threshold set in the Application) and can be pinned to the dashboard. This measures application performance, rather than user behavior.

Can a user action be both conversion goal and key user action?

Hi @rsaavedra ,
Yes. You can define a conversion goal from a user action that is marked as key user action.
