how to add private isp value in Dynatrace as it showing no value for private isp.

Hello @prangya 
First, it's important to understand that ISP data is directly related to the IP address that Dynatrace captures during user sessions.

For this reason, my recommendation is:
1. Validate whether the user session's IP address contains geolocation information (World Map). If not, add the IP address or IP range to Dynatrace.

Now, ISP information is information that Dynatrace periodically synchronizes with its internal database from a "MaxMind GeoIP2" service.

Maybe you can contact MaxMind and ask them to add the ISP or something similar.
