time taken for entire page load

We have a requirement where we have to track response time of particular URL which should include the time taken for entire page load

Both from the RUM and synthetic perspective, response time is available for entire page load. Please note by default, Dynatrace tracks "Visually Complete", but you can change it to several other performance metrics, including for instance "User Action Duration". There are even more metrics that you can use for the default.
