Enable debug logging

Summary

Enabling DEBUG log level increases the verbosity of log messages. This helps with advanced troubleshooting by tracing program execution and showing Runecast Analyzer's internal state changes. 

Troubleshooting steps

1. Download the attached archive to a system that has Network access to your Runecast Analyzer instance
2. Extract the archive
3. Update one of the script files according to the comments inside it (after the # character) and execute it
   1. On Windows, using PowerShell 7.4 or newer
      

      rca-set-log-level-debug.ps1

   2. On Linux, using bash 
      

      rca-set-log-level-debug.sh

4. If the script ran successfully, this message will appear:
5. "Log level has been updated."
6. Generate and upload a support bundle as described here
