as for the SaaS upgrade, I don't have any tips for it as I haven't completed it yet, however, I can see that the university course might be enough as it has rich and useful content

   Be clear on the product limits and how they differ in a SaaS environment and if these limits could have an impact on the license

5. ActiveGate and OneAgent Migration:
   Learn the recommended options and steps for migrating ActiveGate and OneAgent.

6. Monaco Configuration:
   Understand how Monaco works, the commonly used commands, and how to configure attributes across multiple Monaco configurations.

7. Pros and Cons of ActiveGate Migration Options:
   Be familiar with the pros and cons of different ActiveGate migration options, including which option removes extensions. Make sure to review what to focus on before migrating the AG extension, and identify the key configuration files to consider.

8. Agentless and Mobile App Migration:
   Understand the process for migrating agentless and mobile applications and how to confirm if beacon new endpoint included in agentless js

9. The use of the Automation Tools for OneAgent:
   Know the role of automation tools like Puppet which is used for OneAgent deployment.

10. Settings 2.0 Compatibility:
    Learn how to identify which settings are supported by Settings 2.0 from the UI
