Through Cluster admin privileges, Dynatrace administrator can customize the proxy configurations.

Proxy configurations pros aren't limited to the following purposes provided by Dynatrace mission control only:

• Utilized by external problem notification services, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and web hooks. 
• Facilitating product support.
• Enabling availability monitoring.
• Receiving update notifications.
• Collecting Dynatrace usage data.

Steps:

1. CMC > Home > Settings > Internet Proxy.
2. Set the internet proxy parameter value > Save the settings.
