Help Needed to Download Dynatrace Sales Engineer Certification

Hi everyone,

I recently earned the Dynatrace Sales Engineer certification and received the badge on Credly. However, I'm unable to download the certificate from Credly, and it doesn't appear in Dynatrace University since this certification is not available for download there.

Could anyone guide me on how to obtain my certificate? I would greatly appreciate your help.

I would recommend heading over to "University support" which can be found on Dynatrace University.KeeganNelson_1-1737148404906.png
