Help Needed to Download Dynatrace Sales Engineer Certification

Hi everyone,

I recently earned the Dynatrace Sales Engineer certification and received the badge on Credly. However, I'm unable to download the certificate from Credly, and it doesn't appear in Dynatrace University since this certification is not available for download there.

Could anyone guide me on how to obtain my certificate? I would greatly appreciate your help.

I would recommend heading over to "University support" which can be found on Dynatrace University.KeeganNelson_1-1737148404906.png

Hi Nicky, 

I didn't have much luck with reaching out to the Dynatrace University support team, all they said was reach out to the Partner team on the partner portal which I did but apparently it was being migrated and that was 6 months ago. Please report back if you have any luck with the Partner team migrating your Sales Engineer badge from the Partner Portal into DTU. 😀

With Credly I do believe you can login to Credly and either Publish (send) your badge via email and public link or you can download your badge image.
