Request for Assistance with Dynatrace Exam Issue

Today I encountered during my exam today. Everything on my end is functioning properly—my internet connection is stable, the camera is working, and the microphone is on and functioning well. However, the proctor was still unable to hear my voice.

I’m unsure why this happened, as I checked my microphone and confirmed that it is working fine. I am very concerned about this situation, as I have been saving money for over a year to become Dynatrace certified and felt well-prepared for the exam. Unfortunately, I was unable to start the paper due to this technical issue.
To whom do I need to reach out, and what is the procedure for rescheduling my exam?

open support ticket and choose the request type `university` and mention the situation exactly and you'll get another chance when DT support decide and review the exam recording from his end.
