Hi Team,
The issue with zoom at Examity end, examiner informed to re-schedule test. I thought able to reschedule the test from Examity. But Examity representative updated scheduled test incomplete, due which it require new promotion code.
Now the promotion code which I received through Amplify is not taking by Examity.
The zoom issue with Examity due to which I’m unable to take test.
Please help me to take exam aa soon as possible

I suggest reaching out to certifications@dynatrace.com to help you with that. Promotion codes can be used only once.

Hi @radek_jasinski ,
Update received saying the Promo code can be used only once, even though audio issue with Examity, the new promo code not provided.
They informed to attain coming Amplify event to get new Promo Code.
Solution: To attend again Amplify to get new Promo Code
