Automatic refresh of synthetic monitor page

Hi community, was wondering if anyone is aware of whether the synthetic page is refreshed automatically like the dashboard and problem page?

If you have the timeframe set to "Last X (time value)" it automatically refreshes the card with synthetic monitors.
