Can SaaS synthetic monitor exernally-exposed webservice secured using mutual certificates?

Can I monitor an externally-exposed webservice with a GET to test endpoint health where the webservice a Layer 7 b2b inbound API that is secured using mutual certificates using DynaTrace Synthetic SAAS, or would something like that require an on-prem agent?

you should be able to, but it might require an activegate on prem that will allow you to synthetically test that endpoint.
