Hi Team,
I'm facing one issue and don't find solution. Our license will be expired at the end of this month and we'll have a new talent as swell. My PC installed activegate last month. I have to reinstall activegate due to our new talent. But I'm always facing this issue this afternoon:
Actually, I unistalled the activegateway and reboot my PC, But still was facing this error for serval times.
I checked the error log as below:

But I don't know how to resolve it. Could anyone help to check it, please?

I am not super familiar with this specific error, but did you also delete the log files from the old ActiveGate installation? They are not deleted automatically. Once you removed them you also need to restart the host.
These are the directories you need to check out:
As you are using Windows, you would have to look in this directory: C:\Program Files\dynatrace\gateway
I am unsure if this is the solution to your specific error but worth a try.

I would also check if there are any applications on your machine that might be modifying or altering the installation file. We find sometimes that antivirus and other tools delete or remove some of the content after download so when we try to run the installation file it is not complete.
