We need to configure availbitily of particulat webpage transaction.can you people explain how to do in Dynatrace Oneagent(Saas)

Please take a look at our Dynatrace Synthetic - you can either use browser monitors or http monitors. Scripted http monitors are work in progress and will be available very soon: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/monitor/synthetic/
