Hello,
We are trying to use LDAP Synthetic extension and it fails witht the following message:
LDAP Search returned error: Failed to connect to LDAP server ldaps://xxxxxxxxx:636 - ssl: Unknown error.
The port is opened between Dynatrace ActiveGate and the LDAP server. TCP ssl port.
How can we get more detail on this error?
Is there anything we have to add on the activegate?

Hi @SabineR,
Have you cheked the extension log on the ActiveGate?
Increase the log level to debug for the investigation.

Thanks for your anwer.
Well, in fact, we used the wrong server for dynatrace. And the port were effectively not opened.
This issue is resolved.
