Playback error: The site reported CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID.

Hi Team,

While playbacking the clickpath my application url is not allowing dynatrace sythetic to open the URL and sending error as - 

Playback error: The site reported CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID.

The URL is not public and can only access in company network and Private Active gate location where we have added those IPs in applications.

here are my clickpaths and errors.

Could please help me to surpass this?

Is it just when you play it back locally? We ignore certificate errors when monitors are executed on locations. Have you tried playing the monitor back with Incognito disabled in the extension?

Yes its happens only when I play locally,

If I am trying to off Allow incognito mode playback but plackback is not possible then locally will stating

What error do you see when you play back locally with 'Allow incognito' disabled? The message in your screenshot is just asking you to enable using the Recorder without incognito mode, so once that is enabled you should be able to play back.
