Script playback well but not running in browser clickpath

Hi,

We have one script which should run from private location only.

Script is recorded using browser clickpath. It is running fine when we do playback but when we set to run automatically it fails.

As per my observation the script is not running on private synthetic location even after assigning only private synthetic location.

Any clue why this is happening?

are any other Browser Monitors running on the Private Synthetic location? Do they run successfully?

Are you able to connect to the url under test from the Private ActiveGate - using curl or a Browser?

Yes, there is other browser monitor but it doesn't required any authentication

I'm able to access the application/URL perfectly from Private ActiveGate location via browser.

So, possibly a proxy issue - does the ActiveGate have the same proxy settings as the ActiveGate? You can see how to set them here. There is a section at the bottom of that page for if you are using proxy PAC files.

Also, you mention credentials. Do you need to add login details here?

If that doesn't help, I recommend that you ask on chat or raise a ticket as we would need to look at the Monitor in further details.
