Since Active Gate update (1.271.24) synthetic scripts no longer work

AG diagnostics indicates a synthetic issue.

Have any of you encountered the same problem?

Hello,

Can you check the status of the AG from deployment status, is this AG a private location? if yes, make sure that the synthetic engine is up.

I faced a couple of issues in synthetics with that version 1.271, they all related to token exchange which got fixed after opening a support ticket.

Please can you update Chromium to a supported version. for 1.271 it should be a minimum or Chromium 110. 
When you say that Synthetic scripts no longer work, what is the error you are seeing? It might be quicker to create a chat and we can check your monitor and logs directly.
