Synthetic Engine status Shutting down after upgrade to 1.309 on Windows

Hi, a Synthetic-enabled ActiveGate was running fine on v1.299 but shuts down after upgrading it to v1.309 recently.
The host sizing is an XS, running on Windows 2016 - I've asked to increase it to S, hoping it will resolve the issue.

I see this in the vuc-status.log:
2025-04-13T08:38:24,255Z Engine shutdown requested: ShutdownRequest{creator='ModuleDiagnosticsService', reason=Monitoring modules failed to be operational in configured time limit}
2025-04-13T08:38:24,297Z VUC is shutting down now
2025-04-13T08:38:24,312Z [VucStatus] Current status: Paused (5)
2025-04-13T08:38:24,324Z [VucStatus] Current status: Shutting down (6)

If the increase in memory and CPU resolves the issue, I'll update the thread, but if someone has any suggestions on the log entries above and what causes that, I'll be grateful so that I know what the next steps are, in case the extra hardware doesn't fix things 😉

Anti-virus might be the reason too, I noticed Sophos AV running on the host, so I'll work with the client on the necessary exclusions tomorrow too.

Chromium 129+ on Windows ActiveGates seems to need more antivirus exclusions than the lower Chromium versions. So, Sophos would be a good thing to check first. If that doesn't resolve it, check the troubleshooting steps here.
