I currently have a synthetic monitor running on 1 private location. The monitor seems to be successfully running with all the required steps, although I do not see any screenshots of each steps as I normally do for other monitors on the synthetic page itself. Is this because its running on private location? Or some other settings in Dynatrace need to be enabled/changed?

Almost sure that firewall rules are blocking the screenshots to be sent to aws S3...
Dynatrace Managed version 1.216+ On new installations of Dynatrace Managed version 1.216+, browser monitor screenshots are stored locally and served from the Managed Cluster, not the Amazon S3 bucket. This applies to screenshots from all locations (public or private). If you don't have a newly installed 1.216+ Managed installation and wish to enable Cluster screenshot storage, contact Dynatrace ONE
