Synthetic sequence flows

Need your advice if Any options to use the Synthetic in sequence runs example one would be adding the account and another one to removing . Any third Monitor via JS can we trigger first Add and then remove so we can keep some condition on that.?

As I understand you want to trigger a Browser clickpath after another one is finished.
Maybe you can achieve your requirements via workflows
