You have it very well documented on our public documentation on how to create a Browser monitor using the Dynatrace Synthetic Recording 

Of course you have other options to generate those, like the ones described Browser clickpath events | Dynatrace Docs and Script mode for browser monitor configuration | Dynatrace Docs, among other modes (Create an HTTP monitor | Dynatrace Docs) that are also available.

Those tests can be then executed on our Public Locations or within your own infraestructure.
