In specific situations, Davis CoPilot Chat responses might be blocked by network security solutions (e.g., McAfee Web Gateway).
Davis CoPilot responds with the following error message :
Something's gone wrong, and we couldn't process Davis CoPilot's response. Please wait a moment, then try again. If the issue persists, please contact support.
It might generate an incomplete answer or not work at all.
If this message appears persistently, it is a hint that a network security solution accidentally filters Davis CoPilot chat's response. McAfee Web Gateway is known to be especially affected.
Note that the features Query with AI and Explain query with AI are not affected.
As this problem occurs in your local network, raising the issue with the security solution vendor is recommended.
