If you cannot find the Hostgroup Tag for a Host in the Properties and Tags with the new Host view.
But, you can see them if you go to the classic page then please do try out below point.
With the New Host view an additional condition needs to be added under Management Zone to see the Host Groups . In other words , if the management zone is not covering a host group, the host group itself is not visible from within the Management Zone.
